Lighthouse Press offers a variety of Workshops and Presentations related to anxiety and its treatment. Workshops and presentations may be at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level, and may range in duration from 2 hours to 8 hours a day (1-2 days). Format includes a balance of lecture, question and answer and interactive discussion.
